What Spellmade is
Spellmade writes short personal rituals, which we call spells, based on what you tell our oracle. The oracle is AI software, not a psychic and not a person. Spells are for entertainment and reflection. They don't predict the future, they can't control other people or events, and they are no substitute for medical, mental health, legal or financial advice.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use Spellmade.
What you share
Share only what's yours to share, and leave out other people's private details. If what you write suggests you may be in danger, we show you crisis resources instead of a spell.
Cast safely
Spells use everyday things. Use them with ordinary care: never leave a lit candle unattended, keep flames away from fabric, hair, children and pets, skip anything you're allergic to, and don't eat or drink anything you normally wouldn't. You're responsible for how you use a spell.
Paying
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you pay. Stripe processes every payment; we never see your full card number. At checkout, Stripe saves your card so an add-on on the next page takes one tap. We charge the saved card only when you choose an add-on or join the Circle.
Refunds are covered on the refunds page. The short version: cast your spell within 7 days, and if it didn't feel worth it, we refund you.
The Circle membership
The Circle renews automatically, monthly or yearly at the price shown when you join, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link at the bottom of any Circle email or from the membership page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your membership until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly members get an email before each renewal. If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Gift spells
Circle members can send one gift spell each lunar month. By sending one, you confirm the person is 18 or older, would welcome it, and is fine with us emailing them once.
Your spell and our work
Your spell is yours to keep, print and share for personal use. The site, the spell library and the Spellmade name belong to us. Please don't copy or resell them.
Fair use of the service
Don't misuse Spellmade: no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping, no using it to harass anyone. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
No guarantees
Spellmade is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about outcomes, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do; members hear about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
